課程概述 |
1. Course introduction
This course is specially established for Forensic Medicine Studies. It briefly introduces the basic concepts of the criminal law and criminal procedure law in Taiwan relevant articles. In addition to systematically introducing criminal law and criminal procedure law, this course will also provide piratical verdicts training.

2. Course requirements
This course is divided into 2 stages; the instructor will be lecturing during the first stage (1st –14th week) while the students are required to carry out project researches on practical verdicts.
